做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
