做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
