做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
