做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
