做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
