做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
