做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
