做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
