做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
