做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
