做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
