做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
