做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
