做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
