做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
