做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
