做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
