做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
