做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
