做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
